In 2016, I heard about a man named Dr Sebi who was said to have cured every disease in the world through herbal medicine and food. This sparked my interest into the Alkaline lifestyle. Suffering from Asthma and Psoriasis my whole life, I began to watch every video Dr Sebi made and began to research powerful herbs and alkaline foods. By using the information I had learned, I managed to cure myself of both diseases. Without the teachings of Dr Sebi, I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing today. After I understood the power of the herbs and alkaline foods, I knew I wanted to help others on this journey.
Remember, your life is your responsibility.
I am here to simply spread the message.
This journey isn’t easy, the road to good health is a lonely one. Self love is needed. By self love, I mean starting with what you’re putting in your mouth. There is no magic pill that can turn your health around. You will need discipline. If you follow the laws of nature, you can obtain good health. However, if you live a life of unnatural foods, alcohol, stress and an overall poor lifestyle, you will suffer. No matter what your condition is, it is never too late.
Start by changing the way you eat. Slowly add alkaline foods to your lifestyle and begin to slowly come away from acidic foods. Use herbs to assist you. Take responsibility for your life and start your changes today.
What is an example of Alkaline foods?
Alkaline foods are those that grow seasonally, in the wild. They don’t require planting as nature creates them. A common example of this are Blackberries. If you were to visit the parks and forests in the United Kingdom at summertime, you will see Blackberries growing in abundance in random places. This happens every year around the same time. The same cannot be said for a lot of fruits and veg that are commonly deemed as healthy.
By eating the things that do not come from Mother Nature, the body becomes too acidic, it leads to inflammation and an increased risk for other diseases and disorders.
Some examples of Alkaline foods:
Dates
Chickpeas
Fonio
Watercress
Rocket/Arugula
Mushrooms (all apart from Shiitake)
Watermelons
Walnuts
Seeded Oranges
Apple Bananas
Haberneo
