This recipe ebook was created when I was first starting out to help people with the transition to the alkaline lifestyle.


I made it with 5 alkaline recipes and 5 plant base recipes so that it wouldn’t overwhelm anyone.

All recipes are meat, dairy, egg and soy free. I found that by slowly making the transition it would be easier to maintain!
